What does Haler Technologies do?
Haler Technologies empowers pharmacies with on-demand delivery and advanced software tools to maximize operational efficiency and drive smarter business decisions.
How does it work?
Pharmacies route their orders to us for seamless delivery, ensuring patients and clinics receive their medications same-day or within two hours based on service urgency.
Controlled substances are ineligible for Haler delivery.
Do you offer delivery for non-prescription items?
We absolutely handle deliveries for everyday essentials like over-the-counter medications on behalf of partner pharmacies. While our direct-to-consumer Haler web and mobile platforms are still under development, we are happy to coordinate these deliveries through our pharmacy partners.
How do you protect patient privacy?
Pharmacies are responsible for discreetly packaging all items to protect patient privacy. Drivers are strictly prohibited from opening packages and must be authorized to deliver prescriptions.
What standards apply to prescription delivery packaging?
Haler requires partner pharmacies to use sealed packaging to ensure customer privacy and medication. The outside of the package must only display essential delivery details (e.g., patient name, address, and phone number). Do not include any prescription information on the exterior.
